Anna Laura: Wholesale Terms and Conditions

Minimum Purchase
First orders require a minimum purchase of $250AUD. Subsequent orders made must total over $150AUD.

Payment
Full payment is required before merchandise is sent out.

Display
You must display Anna Laura labels sent with each order on items and not misrepresent who has created the product. Specific shop labels are not a problem, as long as the Anna Laura labels are also used.

Copyright
Copyright on all images and designs remains with Anna Laura.  Do not reproduce designs or photographs of the products without prior permission.

Press
Please notify Anna Laura of any press features that may occur featuring images of the designs. If you require images for press features please use the ones available on the media kit page.

Selling Venue
Please notify Anna Laura if you plan on stocking the label in another selling venue.  This includes both online shops and in Bricks and Mortar stores.

Returns
If a product is damaged due to manufacture I will refund item cost or send a replacement item and cover the cost of postage.
